Ministry of domestic cooperation

Responsible for linking the Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Basin provinces and cities in the Shanghai office and Shanghai overseas provinces offices and extensive liaison enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and experts, to promote the bilateral and multilateral cooperation on the Shanghai and the area along the Yangtze River.
